In December 1998, Ralph McTell played two sell out concerts at the Purcell Room at the South Bank Centre in London. The acclaimed performances crackled with that special something only a combination of an artist in full command of his craft, a great selection of songs, a receptive audience and a venue with wonderful acoustics. Continuing our planned re-release of all Ralph's hack catalogue, we are delighted to announce the CD release of Ralph hit album Easy. This was Ralph's first silver disc album, originally produced by Tony Visconti who had to leave the project through contractual problems. The album was then finished and mixed with the help of Danny Thompson. Danny also played double bass on most of the tracks and kept spirits high during the trials and tribulations of making Easy.
