Notes:
1) The region will only be required if the list becomes too large to cover the whole UK.
2) The 'notes' section will be placed in italics under the venue name.
3) To alter the information about a gig, just send a new form for the same day. This will overwrite all other gigs on that day, unless the bottom right check box is un-checked.
4) You can use the forms on this page to automatically update information about your gigs. The data will be posted to a dedicated email address and processed approximately once a week. Other emails sent to that address will be ignored. Errors must be corrected by using the forms and if it's really serious, I'll do an extra run.
